Staying at Happy Hound Hotel
If you are a new client, please make sure your dog fits our criteria before requesting a reservation: All non-aggressive, well-socialized, altered dogs
at least 6 months old and over 40 lbs are welcome.
The average number of dogs that we accept is between 15 and 18. During holiday times, those numbers may go up to 20
or 22. We like to keep our groups manageable in order to provide one-on-one attention.
We require that you and your dog schedule an appointment to visit us before your dog comes to stay.
Note: no children under the age of 12 are permitted
on the property or in the HHH facility.

Arrivals and Departures:
Drop Off Hours: 8am - 10am OR 4pm - 6pm

Daily Rates per dog (based on your arrival and departure

Holiday Cancellation Policy (fees are per dog) - if you cancel:
within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date - $50 fee
within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date - $100 fee
Late Fees: Will be assessed to overdue accounts
on the full balance owed:
10% after 10 days
15% after 30 days
Turned over to collections after 90 days
Payment Methods:
Payment is due when you pick up your dog, so please be prepared to make the payment when you pick up you dog. We accept cash, checks, PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
Daycare Rates and Info
All Rates are Per Dog Per Day:
$40 for full day. $30 for half day
Full Day = More than 4 hrs.
Half Day = 4 hrs. or less
Drop off your dog: 7:30am to 10am (same rate applies). No half days in the afternoon.
Pick up your dog: 11am to Noon OR 4pm to 6pm.
No pickups are permitted from Noon - 4pm
Services: Daycare service may be cancelled during the weeks of Winter Break, Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, unless it is an emergency situation.
Payment Methods: In order to guarantee a spot for your dog, payment must be made in advance for the upcoming month.
