Cancellation Policy and Late Fees

PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR DOG Daycare payment is required in advance of your dog's stay and is due on the first day of each month. We do not give cash refunds.

Late Fees: Will be assessed to overdue accounts on the full balance owed:

  • 10% after 10 days
  • 15% after 30 days
  • Turned over to collections after 90 days
 

On major holidays and high season, if you cancel your dog's stay (fees are per dog):

  • There is a $100 booking fee required at holidays
  • We cannot hold your dog's reservation until receipt of deposit by specified date
  • Within 72 hrs. of scheduled arrival - $50 fee
  • Within 24 hrs. of scheduled arrival - $100 fee

Daycare Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your dog's daycare within 24 hrs. of drop off time, we will credit you toward next month's bill. Otherwise, payment will be forfeited.
