Late fees and Cancellation Policy

Late Pick-Up Charge:
  Half Days - Must pick up by 1pm
  Full Days - Must pick up by 6pm
$15 for 1st 15 min. and $10 for each 15 min. thereafter. No exceptions, regardless of travel problems or extraordinary circumstances.
Late Payment Fee: Any payments, for boarding or daycare, that are in arrears more than 5 days after due date will incur a late fee of $5 per day. We are unable to make any exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $100 booking fee required at holidays. We cannot hold your dog's reservation until receipt of deposit by specified date.
If you cancel your dog's stay:
  within 10 days, you will receive a full refund
  within 9 days, a 50% refund
  within 3 days, no refund
If you cancel your dog's daycare within 24 hrs. of drop off time, we will credit you toward next month's bill. Otherwise, payment will be forfeited. We do not give cash refunds.
